return policy

All custom order sales are final.
All other sales are final except for the following situations:

Damages

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately and we will replace the items reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are accepted if artwork arrives damaged. Please take a picture of damage and contact me immediately. Returns must be sent out with tracking/delivery confirmation within 1 week of receipt. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s).


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged. Please keep in mind that our products are handmade and there will be minor variations in color by batch.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at katricecreates@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
