"LOC'd in FREEDOM" 36" x 48"

I was inspired to paint this beauty when I saw a photograph of my daughter "Sweetie". I thought to myself, this photo really represents her free-spirited personality. She will let nothing get in her way!
 
I used acrylic paint for her face and jacket; molding paste for her loc's; tissue paper, coarse texture medium and mod podge to create texture around the borders, then topped with crushed deco glass; rhinestone for earring.
